396hz - 417hz - 528hz - 630hz - 741hz - 852hz
The original Solfeggio notes are 6, Ut-Re-Mi-Fa-Sol-La. They were discovered in ancient times by a munk named Guido of Arezzo, for the purpose of teaching melodies and harmony using both sound as well as with hand gestures for a visual sound.
He created staff notations derived from the first syllable of each half-line of the ancient “Hymn To Saint John Babtist”.
The Solfeggio notes are said to have a particularly healing vibrations. Each note has its frequency with different healing properties. The notes contained a repeating pattern when looked at through the Pythagorean method of number reduction. The pattern resembles a natural mathematical law of the universe.
Researches have shown how the notes have healing effects for long usage, such as dulling chronic pain, reducing depression and helps with overall wellness or mental health. Others have said the notes to help with emotional trauma, opening the mind for better intuition and even helped with bodily diseases.
